Your monthly rate includes internet, electricity, meeting rooms, mail, 24/7 access to all building amenities, such as the fitness center, showers, full service cafeteria, electric car charging stations (including for Teslas), and reserved parking. (Desk phones and office supplies, such as printers are TBD.)
